Apple cake

Ingredients:

100 gr soft butter

250 gr flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

A dusty salt

150 gr sugar

2 eggs

Grated peel of a lemon

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

75 ml milk

4 apples

1 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

2. Mix flour with baking powder, salt, sugar (white), butter, eggs, lemon peel and vanilla.

3. Gradually add the milk to the composition and mix.

4. Peel the apples. Two of them are cut into cubes and added to the composition.

5. Put the composition in a tray lined with baking paper and greased with a little butter.

6. Cut the other 2 apples and place them on top of the composition.

7. Sprinkle brown sugar on top.

8. Bake the pie for 40-50 minutes until it turns golden. It is tested with a toothpick.

9. It is eaten hot or cold, it is delicious!
