Ingredients:
400 gr puff pastry
500 gr fruits (apple and apricots), diced in small cubes
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
100-150 gr cherry or sour cherry jam
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven at 180 C.
2. Grease a tart pan with a little butter.
3. Place the puff pastry in the pan covering the bottom and the edges.
4. In a bowl, mix the diced fruits, sugar, vanilla, cornstarch and jam.
5. Add the fruit mixture into the tray over the puff pastry.
6. Bake over medium heat until the pastry puffs and it’s golden brown.
